Full-Time SIlver Creek Preserve Manager
Job Description
The Nature Conservancy is looking for a passionate, dedicated person to manage our Silver Creek Preserve in Picabo, Idaho. The Preserve Manager is the land manager, steward, and primary point of contact for the preserve.
In this essential and public-facing role, the Preserve Manager performs and oversees all aspects of Silver Creek Preserve operations and activities, including maintenance, visitor services, education, and outreach. It is their responsibility to provide a welcoming, safe, inclusive atmosphere for preserve visitors to experience educational and recreational amenities, while also protecting the property’s natural resources and conservation values. This is a full-time (35-40 hours per week), permanent, year-round position. The manager is required to live on-site at Silver Creek Preserve in housing provided by TNC. Housing and full benefits are provided.
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring safe, inclusive access to TNC Idaho’s flagship preserve are key in this role.
