Full-Time Servicing Digital Product Manager (Jacksonville)
Job Description
SUMMARY
Manages software life cycle product planning activities and high-quality delivery of Black Knight’s Servicing Digital product. Serves on an Agile team to define product roadmaps to meet market requirements in support of product strategy initiatives. Provides oversight and prioritization for user stories and backlog refinement sessions. Works closely with Solution Manager, internal product support and external clients on new solutions, releases and enhancements being delivered.
LOCATION
Jacksonville, FL – hybrid schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday onsite preferred. Monday and Friday work from home.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares and product backlog delivery plans. Identifies risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies, business integration needs, and retirement plans
- Prepares and presents product roadmap reviews as well as providing product’s general strategic direction. Acts as Voice of the customer to articulate value proposition
- Works closely with senior management and Agile Release Train Engineer to perform product demos
- Uses knowledge of systems and industry requirements to identify development needs or systems modifications
- Engages and interacts with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups, and requirements gathering sessions, as needed
- Practices open and honest communications with all stakeholders. Acts as servant leader to the organization, may mentor guide and advise on the work of others
- Oversees the delivery of continuous and effective services and ensures completion within budget and in accordance with requirements contractual or other
- Manages technical and business work items and may be responsible for oversight of vendors and subcontractors
- Identifies areas where continuous improvement can be applied, implements the change, and measures the level of improvement
- Collaborates across the organization to identify and coordinate product dependencies
- May act as escalation point for client issues that require product change resolution
- May participate in the determination and approval of service level agreements (SLAs) related to products
- Works closely with development teams to review enhancement requests for strategic value and align resources to high priority project
- Provides presentations to clients during business reviews, prospect briefings, and internal group meetings
- May requires up to 10% travel
- Performs other related duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, product marketing, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
- Requires 7+ years of Agile product owner, business, technical analysis, or consulting experience
- Mortgage servicing knowledge and experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Black Knight’s Servicing products, services, and capabilities
- Servicing Digital and MSP product experience
- Knowledge of the tools, techniques and principals used in Lean-Agile framework/development
- Knowledge of APIs and how data is extracted from MSP
- Experience in Azure DevOps
- Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner across various levels of the organization and varying areas of focus
- Team skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally
- Proven ability to manage multiple large and/or complex initiatives (i.e., involving many activities and deliverables or that have a major impact risk/value to the organization
