Job Description

As Project Manager, you will work in the Asset Liability Management team within Corporate Treasury, Liquidity Data and Risk Management with primary focus on driving content and delivery of the Net Stable Funding Ratio (“NSFR”) reporting process as well as other cross functional initiatives:

To fulfill this role the PM will be required to:

  • Translate business strategy into an executable program of delivery including the development of implementation plans, and the leadership of major programs.
  • Fulfil program governance requirements including senior stakeholder management, steering forum leadership, and administration of key program documents.
  • Support team members executing change for day one reporting.
  • Coordinate with other Second Line and enterprise-wide programs/projects and partner with stakeholders across the firm (Technology, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Front Office) to identify and track key activities, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Manage reporting of information to senior stakeholders, including transparency in status communication and advising on ad-hoc senior stakeholder requests
  • Facilitate workshops and chair working groups with senior attendees.
  • Ensure neutrality position is maintained to take independent view on status and risk/issue management to bring best solution for the firm.
  • Anticipate and manage senior management expectations. Can see ahead to future possibilities and translate these into actionable proposals/business plans.
  • Manage expectations aimed at securing favorable terms for the Bank while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Adapt to leadership demands and understand how own projects, programs, and decisions impact other parts of the business.
  • Anticipate regular interface with senior leaders across enterprise-wide projects


  • Bachelor‘s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 7-10 years of total work experience preferred
  • Knowledge of complex Institution Liquidity Monitoring Reports, U.S. Liquidity Coverage Ratio (“LCR”) and Net Stable Funding Ratio (“NSFR”)
  • Has a sound understanding of the commercial environment and competitors’ products and is aware of current regulatory requirements
  • Experience with Financial Risk functions (e.g. Compliance, Ops Risk, Technology Risk, Enterprise Risk) a significant plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including senior management communication
  • Conflict resolution in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to drive results autonomously and escalate properly
  • Ability to work in a time sensitive environment and handle and or prioritize multiple urgent tasks simultaneously across multiple time zones
  • Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills, working across multiple stakeholders and functions
  • Intellectually curious and interested in the future of financial services
  • Quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills
