DistroKid is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to drive the development of our growing ecosystem of standalone and premium artist tools, including DistroVid and Mixea.

DistroKid’s mission is to help music creators at every level be more prolific, in ways that make previously inaccessible outcomes possible through low prices and ease of use.
Our platform serves millions of artists via affordable annual subscription plans, helping them get their songs and videos out into the world, earning royalties, all while providing a constellation of additional tools for promotion, connecting with fans, and just plain having fun with their music.
As a Senior Product Manager at DistroKid, you will take charge of a growing portfolio of products beyond audio distribution, including DistroVid and Mixea. You’ll work closely with a tight-knit, Europe and EST-based team of engineers, data and QA specialists and a product designer, with the opportunity to significantly influence company-wide strategies.
Our ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, detail-oriented and can deftly prioritize across multiple initiatives to rally a team around the work that will make a difference — driving adoption, engagement, and revenue. You’ll be fluent in product metrics and experimentation, and can pair your data-driven understanding with out-of-the box and creative thinking, grounded in hands-on craft and empathy for a user’s point of view.
You will report to the Senior Director of Product and have regular access to DistroKid leadership to discuss, iterate and explore product ideas/prototypes in a highly collaborative environment. Your expertise will guide your team in building engaging, intuitive products that make the world better for millions of artists worldwide.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant experience managing consumer-facing products; experience managing across a portfolio of different products/features is a major plus
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise with the entire product development cycle—from idea to launch to goal-focused iteration—in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with an excellent command of product development metrics and KPIs
- Exceptional communication, storytelling and leadership skills, with the ability to drive vision and purpose within the team and across the wider organization
- Familiarity with the music industry, digital distribution platforms and/or subscription businesses is a major plus
