Our recent growth means that it’s time to add a new member to the account services team. You’ll be working in partnership with your clients to help them define, design, plan and execute on a modern digital marketing strategy that will directly impact their revenue. Managing the integrated day-to-day efforts, you’re the point person for minding client relationships and driving the program’s strategy. You’ll lead the charge on a variety of initiatives, including traditional, digital, promotional and experiential. You’ve enjoyed early success in your career and are looking for more visibility and the opportunity to make an impact!

Spend your days:
- Working side-by-side with clients to quickly understand their revenue situation, uncover actionable insights and connect the dots that form a winning, modern marketing strategy
- Building strong trusted relationships with your client stakeholders, so we’re their first call for new programs
- Managing the general health of the account and all associated programs – leading everything from discovery/scoping through solution ideation, execution and launch
- Ensuring efficient and effective delivery by continually seeking opportunities for increased velocity – let’s keep getting better!
- Taking pride in monitoring and measuring results – making adjustments when necessary – always focused on the best returns on each investment
- Helping facilitate smooth onboarding for new programs
- Feeling pride in your work and delighting clients by delivering awesome results
What you’ll bring to the table:
- An undergraduate degree in business, integrated communications, marketing or closely related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience working in a client-facing role at a digital agency or in a highly interactive, technology-driven B2B marketing department
- Experience in an environment where you contribute to the strategic direction of an integrated marketing strategy but then also take a leadership role in executing on the strategy.
- A deep understanding of demand generation within an integrated, ROI-driven marketing plan
- Proven track record of delivering on critical projects with a bunch of moving people, parts and dependencies
- Poised, confident and articulate – you can communicate your thoughts and defend your position without putting your audience on the defensive
