Seasonal Cooking- Fire Island Pines

Job Description
At Tryst Hospitality, we believe hospitality should be as fabulous as the people we serve. As a gay-owned, LGBTQ-focused hospitality brand, we’re not just creating spaces—we’re curating experiences where the drinks flow, the music never stops, and every guest (and team member) feels like a star.
2026 marks the return of The Fire Island Pines Resort as part of the Tryst Hospitality family, continuing our signature blend of style, celebration, and unapologetic fun in one of the most iconic LGBTQ+ destinations in the world.
Working in the Pines doesn’t just mean you’re part of the party—you ARE the party. Whether you’re shaking cocktails, serving looks, or keeping the vibes immaculate, you’ll be at the center of another unforgettable summer.
We are currently seeking candidates who are able to commute daily to Fire Island.
We are seeking skilled and passionate cooks to join our culinary team. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. If you are enthusiastic about food preparation and enjoy working in a collaborative kitchen setting, we would love to have you on board.
