We’re not solving a small problem, and we’re not addressing a small market. We’re going after returns—the part of online shopping that consumers say they hate most. As a Sales Operations Manager, you have a substantial impact at Happy Returns. You will help drive success for Happy Returns through creating reports, finding and solving key issues, and providing data-driven insights to support the sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
  • Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine task.
  • Provide strategic and predictive recommendations to increase revenue across the business.
  • Review analysis and business drivers based on competitive trends and contract awards.
  • Develop and deliver KPIs, dashboards, and reports that enable the business to track, measure, and drive revenue and gross profit.
  • Recognize, develop and implement process improvements within the Sales team.
  • Maintain documentation on sales processes, policies and relevant sales reporting.
  • Track performance and report against targets and goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify, create and deliver sales enablement content.
  • Create and source industry-related content to deliver exceptional sales training materials and results for our team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in sales
  • 2+ years of experience in managing/overseeing sales operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to understand business and technical solutions
  • Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upward
  • Experience with designing and implementing sales operations processes based on internal business models
