Description: Beasley Media Group Tampa is in search of a motivated, experienced Sales Manager to lead the Tampa Sales team in our local sales effort. The Sales Manager will be someone who values and builds culture. The successful candidate will love growing people and business and will be amazing at influencing and maintaining relationships with clients. Responsibilities include leading, hiring, training and managing the sales staff with a goal to achieve sales budgets and outpace the market. The candidate will focus on ensuring successful sales with the development of creative sales opportunities. The Sales Manager will review sales proposals and negotiate with clients; manage inventory and pricing; as well as forecast and report sales volumes and target potential sales.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Understanding of media, marketing, promotions, collection standard, digital media, NTR programs and events;
- Strong communications skills with sales staff, clients and support staff.
- Bilingual a plus
- Understanding and passionate appreciation of the multi-cultural marketplace
