The Detail

 

We are seeking a Reception, Welfare and Money Advice Admin Assistant to join a well-established, multi-award winning, National charity!

 

As a Reception, Welfare and Money Advice Admin Assistant within The Big Help Project you’ll take a proactive approach to providing clients and visitors with a warm and efficient welcome, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. You’ll also be aiming to provide administrative support to colleagues within the Money Advice and Welfare Rights team.

 

It will be fast, it will be challenging, but it will be an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant award-winning team.

Your flexible can-do attitude will help the service run smoothly and will make for a happy customer. It’ll also set you on the right track for a rewarding career within our Big Help Information Point department.
