Quality Assurance Analyst – Project Lead

Job Summary:
Experienced Quality Assurance Analyst needed to lead data mapping, software testing, and business process improvement for enterprise software implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data mapping and software quality assurance
• Review and improve business processes and procedures
• Track issues and manage helpdesk tickets with vendors
• Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve software pain points
• Prepare reports, documentation, change orders, and statements of work
• Support training and recommended process changes

Required Skills and Certification:

• High School diploma
• 6+ years as a Quality Analyst
• 3+ years of State Government experience
• 3+ years with Emphasys and HDS
• 6+ years in data mapping, process testing, and documentation
• Experience creating software change requests and statements of work

Preferred Skills and Certification:

• Experience with end user support
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills

Scheduling:

• Start Date: 12/04/2026
• Duration: 12 months with possible extension
• Hours: 40/week
• Location: Fully on-site in Columbia, SC

Interview: 1 round, onsite
