Full-Time Public Records Search Specialist (Forms and Records Analyst 3)
Job Description
The WSLCB Finance Division is announcing an exciting opportunity for a Public Records Search Specialist (Forms and Records Analyst 3) position in Olympia, WA. This position reports to the Public Records Manager in the WSLCB’s Finance Division.
In this role, you will serve as the centralized resource for records searches in compliance with RCW 42.56 – Public Records Act (PRA) and litigation discovery. You will execute queries and searches through various electronically stored information (ESI) applications (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Outlook, Windows Explorer, SharePoint, Laserfiche). This position evaluates, coordinates, and recommends search tools and methods to meet WSLCB’s specific record production needs. You will also provide support and assistance to Public Records Coordinators on search applications and best practices. In addition, you will assist in responding to requests for records under the PRA, responding to requests for records as part of legal discovery, and process and handling requests for receipt, maintenance, use, and disposition of records for WSLCB per RCW 40.14.040.
