DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Program Management Office Senior Manager to join our team specializing in Quality for our Corporate Business Unit from your remote home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Ensures that Project Managers leverage experience of cross-functional resources and resources external to the project team
• Provide expertise in business process architecture, facilitating End-to-End process work with selected Business Process Team program teams to drive decisions about scope, organization impact, and business case benefits.
• Monitors the status of all projects on the team; monitors the team’s budget; advises Project Managers on the design and development of project plans and timelines.
• Collaborates with business management to identify short and long-term projects to be undertaken
• Lead readiness reviews for selected programs in the Business Process Team portfolio to help Program Leaders understand risks and gain confidence in readiness for go live.
• Provide direction and support to Program Leaders and Project Managers throughout the program lifecycle – including training on program management methods, tools and best practices – to enable successful program outcomes.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Bachelor’s Degree is required (no specific field is required)
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in large projects programs or business process transformation.
• Strong supervisory experience, able to coach and mentor employees.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
