Serving in a Probation Services Case Manager Lead capacity, you will be responsible for performing advanced and specialized case manager work in probation and leading a team of case managers. Some of these duties include interviewing, counseling, and investigative work with offenders. Responsibilities will include prioritizing, assigning, coordinating, monitoring, auditing and evaluating work; providing assistance to staff, resolving minor work or personnel problems; make recommendation to Program Managers regarding training, staff performance, job assignments, and recruitment.
Probation Services Case Manager Lead ensures that departmental goals, views, and positions are served, as well as supports a healthy foundation for workplace culture. Working closely with managers, you will be actively advancing District Court’s mission and vision by promoting a culture of learning, innovation, inclusion, and respect.
Education and Experience:
Lead positions require a Bachelor’s degree; and a combination of experience and specialized training which includes a minimum of four (4) years in criminal justice, counseling, or supervision of offenders.
Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered.

Salary Grade: Local 11.714 $31.84 – $40.66- per hour
