Full-Time Permanent Full-Time Senior Alarm System Technician
Job Description
Allfine Security Located At 167 Applewood Crescent Unit 10, Concord Ontario L4K4K7 is Hiring One Permanent Full-Time Senior Alarm System Technician, wage is $34.50/Hr. at 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
Duties Include:
-Inspect products and security systems to determine the requirements for repair
-Repair electronic equipment
-Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies
-Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools
-Upgrade (remove and replace) existing security systems and controls
-Install new security alarm panels and peripheral devices
-Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults
-Adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment and assemblies
-Read and update site drawings
-Program and verify security signals
-Perform walk tests and create data reports
-Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports
-Provide customer service
Requirements:
Completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in
Electrical, electronics and communications engineering is required.
Must have a minimum of 5 years or more experience as a Security Alarm Systems Technician or related field.
Must be able to Speak, Read and Write English
