Full-Time Operations Leader – Denver MRC

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Operations Leader-Denver MRC to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Master Rebuild Center in Henderson, CO.

 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

* Provides manufacturing leadership for small or medium size plant, shift or department. Manages multiple shifts of an assembly line, fabrication or machining operation.

* Provides manufacturing leadership and improvement focus in operations driving results, creating and monitoring measures, providing motivation, and setting expectations in safety, quality, delivery and cost.

* Communicates with customers, suppliers, shop floor, stakeholders, and staff.

* Leads annual operating plan, forecasts, and other measurements for manufacturing operations.

* Manages, coaches, and develops staff; works with employees to set goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.

* Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial, leadership, and budgetary experience, required.

* College, university, or equivalent degree required.

* This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

– Weekly/Monthly production planning and forecasting

– Lead Manufacturing Operations Support Team

– Production order management

– Warranty administration

– Customer core return analysis reporting

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Compensation Range: $93,000-$133,000/hr. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after taking into account relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
