The organisation
The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) is seeking a talented leader to join them as their ‘Market Development Director’ for UK and international markets.
The post-holder will be a strategic leader: inspiring, galvanising, and supporting the business development and marketing teams, to drive growth and enhanced brand positioning for AAT.

The role
Reporting into the Executive Director of Customers, Partnerships and Innovation, the Market Development Director will join AAT during a period of remarkable and exciting transformational change and investment.
This exciting and diverse leadership position will play an integral part of AAT’s growth and success. The Market Development Director will shape business development and marketing strategy, and lead on executing delivery and results, for both international and UK markets.
Key facts:
• Full-time, permanent role.
• Starting salary of £110,000 per annum + great benefits which include up to 10.15% employer pension contribution, enhanced holiday pay, critical illness etc.
• Hybrid: home-working, blended with circa 2 days per week in AAT’s office in Canary Wharf, London.
The successful candidate will:
