We are looking for a talented Mfg Shop Ops Team Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Engine Business Segment in Jamestown, NY.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Supervise the daily activities of a production unit or team to ensure safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business goals, and product specifications are met.
• Impact the work by utilizing continuous improvement tools, following the Cummins standards, and leading the development of manufacturing standards and working methods.
• Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.
• Maintains relationships and coaches’ key stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Supervisory experience preferred
• College, University, or equivalent degree required; Bachelor’s Degree -Mechanical, Quality or Industrial Engineering preferred

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
