Job Description
Duties:
– Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and machinery.
– Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
– Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
– Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.
– Utilize logic controllers and schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
– Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
– Assist in supervising and coordinating maintenance projects.
Skills:
– Strong mechanical and electrical background in Manufacturing with ability to work with various tools and equipment.
– Proven knowledge and skills that include AC/DC motor and Controllers, machine wiring and relay logic.
– Must be able to diagnose and repair electrical/electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics.
– Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.
– Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and find effective solutions.
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong customer service skills to interact with employees and address their maintenance needs.
– Leadership skills to supervise maintenance projects and coordinate with other team members.
– Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
– Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
