This is the role:
We are looking for professionals to join our Byhalia, MS team as a Maintenance Team Lead. The Maintenance Lead assists the Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager and Assistant Maintenance Manager with implementing and maintaining maintenance systems Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, overhauls and repairs stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment using appropriate tools

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years in industrial (Electrical or Mechanical) experience.
Leadership experience preferable.
Practical experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance environments.
Computer and MS Office proficiency.
Good people, training and communication skills..
Drive, commitment and high energy.
Good supervisory skills.
Project management experience. (Preferred)
Lean/ continuous improvement qualifications and delivery experience
Experience with Siemens automated systems.
Excellent Planning and organizing skill
Basic Physical Requirements
Must be capable of performing the following with effective results and without personal injury.
Must be able to stand/walk on concrete floors for 12 or more hours during the course of a day.
Must be able to work in high temperatures, in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit for several hours during the day.
Plant environment will be dusty with airborne wool particles.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced high volume production facility.
Some lifting, bending, stooping, walking up/down stairs.
Essential Functions:
Creates and maintains Preventative Maintenance Schedules in order to reduce production downtime and material waste while keeping maintenance costs at a minimum.
Provides maintenance support to the production line so that production can produce a high quality finished product at the highest production rate, including preventative and predictive maintenance.
Performs certain duties Maintenance Supervisor during absence including necessary meetings, preparations for Maintenance Team and possible coordination of outside contractors.
Works in close cooperation with production departments to ensure a successful working relationship and full support of the production line.
Responsible for employees hired within the area of responsibility being instructed and trained in a manner such that they can competently perform the job they are hired for in a safe and reliable way and that employees hired at any time work according to RW policies and procedures as well as all applicable legislative and regulatory laws.
