Notes: Quiet Hours strictly observed (11 PM – 7 AM). NO smoking, vaping, pets, visitors, or parties permitted. This position is located in Orlando, Florida. Remote work is not available for this live-in role.
Responsibilities:
This is a one-man, dual role position — requiring someone highly self-sufficient, multi-talented, and energized by hands-on technology work and creative website development. These responsibilities apply to both our internal operations and our clients.
- Tier 2 Service Desk Technician
AI Enhanced: Managed IT Service Provider (90% remote / 10% on-site), Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, CCTV, VoIP, Compliance, Business Continuity & Data Resilience.- Provide Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and mobile devices (Windows 10/11, Server 2019/2022/2025, macOS, Linux)
- Administer and maintain Windows Server infrastructure (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
- Troubleshoot and support network infrastructure, WAN (fiber, cable, satellite, 5G), Wi-Fi 5-7 access points, routers, firewalls, switches, and VLANs.
- Diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware (RAM, SSDs, HDDs, motherboards, GPUs, PSUs, NICs)
- Install and configure new devices, peripherals, and use system images for deployments.
- Install and maintain VoIP systems using FreePBX, including SIP trunk provisioning using PJSIP & SIP, and deployment of VoIP phones (Yealink, Grandstream and Cisco).
- Manage endpoint protection, antivirus, EDR, patching, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Provide both onsite and remote technical support using RMM and PSA tools (e.g., Pulseway)
- Provide compliance management services.
- Monitor and maintain Business Continuity & Data Resilience services (data backup and restore, disaster recovery (DR) planning and execution, high availability and fault tolerance, cybersecurity-related data protection (ransomware, encryption, etc.), data retention policies, business continuity support, cloud and hybrid data redundancy, regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR)
- Support and maintain guest services software (reservations, POS, membership management, and inventory).
- Document technical procedures, asset inventory, and support logs.
- Install and maintain IP-based, CCTV cameras and security systems.
- Install, configure and service smart home devices and integrations (Ring Pro, Nest, etc.).
- Occasionally support low-voltage cabling tasks: installing CAT6/7 cabling, terminations, patch panels, punch downs, cable testing.
- Collaborate with on-site team to ensure uptime, performance, and smooth daily operations across all tech systems.
- Full Stack Web Engineer with Digital Marketing
- Web & Social Media Development and Marketing
- Design, develop, and maintain front end and back end of responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL/MariaDB
- Manage CMS platforms including Joomla (Gantry Framework, Bootstrap) and WordPress (optional) including Elementor, WPBakery.
- Ensure all websites are mobile-friendly, ADA/WCAG 2.1 compliant, and optimized for performance (Core Web Vitals)
- Copyright compliance for all text and media
- Implement and manage SSL/TLS certificates and monitor website security and firewalls.
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, backups, and site performance tuning.
- Create and execute SEO strategies (on-page and off-page): keyword research, metadata, backlinks, structured data.
- Plan, schedule, and manage social media marketing (SMM) campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Produce and coordinate visual and written content aligned with brand identities.
- Monitor traffic and performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and subscriber lists (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit)
- Maintain cookie consent systems, privacy policy compliance, and legal standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Develop and optimize online ad campaigns using platforms like Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
- Create and support online event promotions, bookings, and guest and member engagement.
- Ensure all digital content and promotional efforts follow ethical design principles (no dark patterns; transparency first).
