Job Description
Full-time position working Monday-Friday scheduled, 8:00a-5:00p. This position is classified as non-exempt (hourly).
Treatment Team assignment with established case load. Treatment Teams are segmented by age, diagnoses or other factors such as substance use and recovery. Ages range from young adults to the elderly. This position will collaborate with Team Supervisor, Case Managers, Nurses and prescribers to provide optimal care for the person served.

KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Counseling/Psychotherapy with mentally ill and/or substance use disorder population within Franklin County, Ohio
- Review prior and current treatment records to complete psycho-social histories
- Provide counseling to team caseload as assigned, inclusive of diagnostic assessments or re-assessments
- Update Individual Service Plans as necessary
- May require travel up to 50% of work week
QUALIFICATIONS:
- License required
- Master’s level degree with LISW, PCC or IMFT credentialing @ $20.68/hour
- Bachelor’s level degree with LSW, PC or MFT credentialing @ $19.24/hour
- Use of DSM-V and writing of psycho-social histories
- Must meet minimum requirement of 1,248 billable hours annually (104/month);
- Must meet company credentialing requirements;
- Valid Ohio driver’s license, automobile and excellent driving record are required; and
- Pre-employment criminal background check and drug testing are mandatory
