We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Representative, Reconciliation to join our Bank and Depository Balancing, Corporate Services team. This role is located in Jersey City, New Jersey—Flex Hybrid-In Office

 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Performs in-depth analysis of reconciliations, deciphering highly complex exceptions between systems, clients, institutions, DTCC, banks, etc. for securities and cash using source information including SWIFT statements, stock record and trial balance.
  • Analyzes trends, enters and validates reconciliation data, and ensures proper aging using in-house technology and SmartStream TLM .
  • Communicates complex break reports to internal groups within the firm. Monitors resolution.
  • Assists with regulatory reporting.
  • Participates in testing of new technology solutions or enhancements ensuring that reconciliation processes remain intact.

 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • High School/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in brokerage/banking operations preferred
