Team Description:

Working with a collaborative global team to achieve goals and targets. The successful applicant will work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. The teams work with several dynamic tools and systems to assist in the monitoring and resolution of tasks and use up to date technology to collaborate with internal colleagues. The role requires good attention to detail, effective communication skills and the ability to escalate potential risks to both peers and management.

Working hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (hybrid model)

 

Job Purpose:

The duties and tasks you will learn and be responsible for may include, but may not be limited to, the following:

  • Uses defined or documented processes to collect and define requirements from businesses or functional areas.
  • Works with users and peers on planning, implementing, and supporting new or existing applications.
  • Supports testing through script writing, coordination, and testing execution.
  • Interfaces with Technology on behalf of the business to resolve technological matters and improve business processes.

You don’t need to have experience or knowledge; we will be happy to teach you everything.

Requirements:

Must have:

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-learner, attention to detail
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work under time pressure
  • Strong and confident communicator
  • Ability to escalate potential risks to both peers and management.

Nice to have:

  • Testing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in in financial services or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Financial services and/or corporate actions background
