Full-Time Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is proud to be recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative for our client in Binghamton, New York. We are looking for candidates who will manage and grow our clients established customer base by managing the end-to-end sales process for new and repeat orders through the ERP system. The successful candidate will proactively communicate with the existing customer base as the primary conduit of pricing, lead-time, delivery dates and product information. The ability to communicate effectively through email and over the phone is critical.

Responsibilities
- Quoting, sales order entry and commitment communication to customers
- Customer advocate and operations interface
- Work with production team to provide committed ship dates to maximize customer satisfaction
- Enter and track key projects in CRM
- Provide key customer updates, forecasts, and concerns to the team
- Support internal sales to other company sites as needed
- Set up and maintain customer price lists and part numbers in ERP system
- Other ad hoc support and reports as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer service and/or inside sales role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Associates degree preferred
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Experience with ISO
- Strong ability to multitask and strong organization skills
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
