We offer a wide range of courses including GCSE and Functional Skills in English and Maths, ESOL, Community Learning, and leisure learning courses at a variety of venues throughout Oxfordshire.

The successful candidate will inspire and educate learners around the theoretical knowledge and practical aspects of gardening. You will foster a love for nature and sustainable practices. You will design an engaging curriculum covering various aspects of gardening, including plant biology, landscaping, sustainable practices, and horticulture. You must have the ability to engage and connect with learners with diverse needs and backgrounds in the community.

This role may be eligible for the ‘Taking Teaching Further (TTF)’ programme, which supports professionals as they move into teaching in the further education sector. Support from the TTF programme can include an initial reduction in teaching workload and enrolment onto teacher training.
