Job Title: Glass Installer – Glazier
Positions Available: 2
Term: Permanent, Full Time.
Salary: $ 29.75 per hour.
Start Date: As Soon As Possible.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Language: English
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Skills required: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail, Reliability, Team Player, Flexibility, Accuracy.

Job Duties:
• Review blueprints or specifications to determine work requirements.
• Cut, assemble, fit, and attach metal-framed glass enclosures for showers, bathtubs, display cases, skylights, solariums, and other structures.
• Measure and mark outlines or patterns on glass to indicate cutting lines.
• Score glass with cutters’ wheels, breaking off excess glass by hand or with a notching tool.
• Confer with customers to determine project requirements and provide cost estimates.
• Cut & Remove broken glass pieces to install replacement glass.
• Perform glass repair and replacement as required.
• Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors, or glass products on walls, ceilings, or exteriors of the building.
