We have an exciting opportunity for a curious and passionate Dual Site General Manager to join our team at Huckletree, running both our Soho and the newly opening Oxford Street hub.

Huckletree Oxford Street, will be opening its doors at the end of 2022 taking over two light-filled floors and 22,000 sqft. Themed around Web3 and the metaverse, our vision is to house the most curated community of impactful brands, talent, and investors building the future of web – and the future of everything.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of P&L and driving efficiencies
  • Deliver revenue targets and work on forecasting, budgeting, business development, and strategic planning
  • Coach, develop, and up-skill the teams to ensure continued professional growth and engagement
  • Manage the teams to produce exceptional results and the smooth running of both Hubs
  • Drive all recruitment efforts and oversee onboarding and training of new team members
  • Cultivate an amazing working relationships with all your members
  • Ensure the highest possible level of member satisfaction to mitigate churn
  • Work with the Building Managers and Community teams to proactively come up with solutions
  • Manage relationships with partners, contractors, and suppliers to ensure highest level of operational efficiency
  • Ensure both Hubs are compliant with all health & safety legislation

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role within a workspace, members’ club, wellness concept, or hospitality business
  • Proven ability to effectively manage teams to produce exceptional results
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and generate respect, and trust from all stakeholders
  • Passion for member experience
