Job Summary

Centex Memorial is seeking a dedicated and experienced Gas Station Manager to oversee and manage daily operations at our Calgary location. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, operational planning, and business management skills to ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

• Plan and organize daily operational activities

• Manage staff and assign duties

• Determine staffing requirements

• Study market research and industry trends to assess consumer demand and competitor impact

• Determine merchandise and services to be sold

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies

• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses

• Resolve operational issues, including customer concerns, complaints, and supply shortages

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work flexible hours
