About the Role
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Gas Station Manager to join our team at Wesco Surrey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is ready to take on the responsibility of managing day-to-day operations, leading a team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise staff (11–15 team members)
- Assign duties and oversee daily operations
- Plan and control budgets, revenues, and expenses
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and supply shortages
- Determine inventory, merchandise, and services to be offered
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance
- Implement effective marketing strategies to boost sales
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
