Job Role: Finance Administrator – Utilities
Salary: £ 12,900 per year (FTE £ 21,500)
Hours: 22.5 per week
Contract type: Permanent
Location: Bath
The Role:
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Finance Department, particularly overseeing the utilities for all properties managed by Julian House.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up gas, electricity and water for all new properties.
- Liaising with other teams to obtain monthly readings and forwarding these to suppliers.
- Arranging SMART meter installations in all eligible properties.
- Dealing with any property-related queries that may arise.
- Assisting with other ad hoc, general duties to help the department run smoothly.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Good telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with the Microsoft suite, including Excel.
- Experience of working in a team and performing administrative duties in an office environment.
