Kemp Sigmon Construction Co., Inc. is looking for motivated employees to work on heavy civil projects. We are looking for employees who can operate heavy equipment, primarily excavators, dozers, wheel loaders, and skid steers. Employees will be tasked with daily maintenance of equipment, maintaining a safe work environment, and helping with progressing the job. Although this job is for an equipment operator, all employees serve multiple responsibilities, including laborer roles. Pay rate is based off of experience.

Requirements
- Previous construction experience required (2+ years)
- Pre-employment Drug Screen and Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace
- Dependable transportation to and from the jobsite
- Flexibility working weekends
- Flexibility on overnight travel depending on the job
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently
