Job Description

We are an entrepreneurial business and nonprofit law firm that is on track for aggressive growth, and we need an employment attorney to join our team and be a total superstar. Candidates with their own practice or candidates who are interested in starting their own practice are strongly encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal handholding.

Qualifications:

  • Full time or Part time;
  • 2+ years of experience as a practicing attorney;
  • Must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be a member of the WA State Bar Association;
  • Interested in starting their own practice or has their own emerging practice;
  • A desire to be a part of a growing legal practice for the long run; and
  • 960 hour (80 hours a month) Client Hours Requirement.
  • 240 (20 per month) Growth & Goal Hours Requirement (networking, trainings, volunteering, etc.)
