Job Description
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Electronic Hardware Integration – Architect to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Engine Business Unit in your U.S. remote home office. This role will be 100% remote with up to 10% travel.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Lead requirements discussion on current and future electronic hardware integration projects around the globe.
• Provide leadership for problem resolution on complex systems with a high degree of ambiguity and global business impact.
• Support Global EHI Team on electrical and diagnostic system level topics.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, university, or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience technical problem solving and leading requirements discussion on electronic hardware integration projects. Control System Expert, Systems Engineer. Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer or Technical Manager may have all these skill sets.
• Experience working with distributed groups of people across multiple teams. Comfortable interacting with those not met previously and assert influence. Speak confidently and clearly on technical topics to multiple levels of engineering and leadership.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Base salary range: $100,000 – $125,000
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after taking into account relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
