**About The Climate + Clean Energy Equity Fund:**
The Equity Fund is dedicated to building infrastructure and community power for climate action, focusing on equity and a clean energy future. By investing in diverse communities, engaging voters, and advocating for policies aligned with justice, it operates in 13 states and partners with foundations to support grassroots organizations.
**The Opportunity:**
The Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Culture will lead in Operational Leadership, Organizational Development, Culture & Change Management, and IT infrastructure. This role is pivotal in shaping and building the organizational culture in line with values, utilizing expertise in development, change management, and human resources.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Organizational Development, Culture & Change Management:**
– Plan and implement operational policies for enhanced effectiveness.
– Execute leadership development strategy and framework.
– Collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, and HR partners.
– Oversee performance management systems and technology.
– **Operational Leadership:**
– Support HR and IT functions, overseeing HRIS changes.
– Ensure continuous improvement of integrated IT systems.
– Manage HR and IT budget and spending.
**Candidate Profile:**
Qualifications:
– 10+ years of leadership in Organizational Development and HR.
– Strong equity fluency in DEIB frameworks and principles.
– Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
– Experience in strategic and operational roles.
– **Technical Competencies:**
– Project management and team collaboration tools experience.
– Familiarity with The Equity Fund’s IT tools and project management software.
– **The Equity Fund’s Universal Competencies:**

**Compensation & Benefits:**
– Salary Range: $150,000 – $195,000 (Washington, DC metro area).
– Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401K retirement plan with employer match, 160 hours of paid vacation, 10 days of sick leave, 10 holidays, and volunteer leave annually.
