The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for successfully building and executing campaigns, lead lifecycle workflows and nurture streams that support multi-channel digital marketing and communications strategies. Tactics include, but are not limited to online, mobile, social, email, text, search, display, interactive, platform integration and digital content development. This position will serve on the Marketing Communications Team in service to the YMCA’s strategic priorities of member experience, program experience, staff experience and philanthropy.
- Build and execute campaigns, lead lifecycle workflows, and nurture streams on a demand generation platform that support multi-channel digital marketing communications strategies.
- Support YMCA strategic priorities of providing high-quality member, program, donor, and staff experiences.
- Identify, manage, write, create, and publish digital content such as email, video, and story banks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing, communication technology, new media or related field OR equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Two years of successful experience executing email marketing best practices in a multi-channel digital marketing environment.
- Experience with Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot or other demand generation platforms required.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Experience with demand generation platform integrations preferred.
- Project management experience a plus.
- Proven ability to be an innovative, creative, proactive and self-directed team player who works in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines.
- Proficient in the practical use of business applications such as MS Office suite, Teams and Zoom.
- Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills including ability to compose content, write and edit compelling stories and provide brand stewardship that follows the YMCA tone of voice.
- Able and willing to complete online Child Abuse Prevention training on first day and other online and in-person training as required.
Starting Rate: $21.47 to $32.22 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week
