Community Outreach Program: Internships for underrepresented groups
As part of Snyk’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, we are launching a 3 month (minimum) internship program aimed at supporting some of the most disproportionately impacted groups following Covid as they make the jump out of education and into the workplace.
We’re looking for a curious and personable Customer Success Associate-to-be to join our Customer Experience team and work to drive value for our customers.
The Customer Success team helps our customers build value using Snyk’s Open Source Security products for their company quickly and effectively. This includes taking them through the onboarding journey and helping them build value for their company by using Snyk. You’ll help build and maintain the long term relationship with the customer by advocating customer needs internally across departments like Product, Support, and Sales.
You’ll spend your time:
- understanding each organization’s technical setup and workflow, and help the CSM to plan a Snyk program that suits their needs.
- ensuring customers are getting the most out of the product and are adopting new features.
- gathering data and account history to analyze trends that support customer business reviews.
- working with our tech support team and product teams on customer updates.
- gathering usage patterns, feature requests, and feedback then sharing these with the product team.
- working on special projects with the CS management and operations team.
