Creative Designer

This role is responsible for the development and design of brand creative, bringing solutions to life that adhere to brand strategies and marketing goals. This role shapes the visual elements of digital, POS, retail, product, and more. The Creative Designer works closely with our brand and creative team to assist in design projects and see them through to completion, always working to create innovative, original designs that consistently meet brief objectives. They are comfortable collaborating with designers, contractors, and agencies to produce design solutions and should be able to see creative development from a holistic perspective.

Essential Duties:

• Generate fresh conceptual design solutions that meet the need of the organization while maintaining brand consistency and quality; solutions may include but are not limited to custom print and digital POS and consumer touchpoints
• Design support material creative from conception to market delivery
• Maintain brand consistency and quality throughout various touchpoints and medias to ensure the best work is released to market
• Maintain a keen understanding of visual, social and cultural design trends
• Keep up to date with F&B and Marketing/Design industry developments
• Collaborate across the organization to elevate standards of print & digital creative
• Deliver to deadline, to brief and with the end user’s needs in mind
• Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Art or similar
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design/design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
• Solid working knowledge of MAC computers
• Advanced knowledge of graphic design fundamentals including color, styles, typography, and layout
• Advanced knowledge in understanding how customers interact with brands and products
• Advanced knowledge working within technical restrictions and specification
• Ability to self-manage, meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
• Strong aesthetic skills and attention to visual details with the ability to apply a variety of styles to brand needs
• Prepared portfolio of completed design projects

Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.

Starting Salary Range: $54,000.00 – $64,000.00
