Full-Time Corporate Lawyer
Job Description
Our customer, UK’s leading regional law practices firm, is looking to hire a Corporate Lawyer / Corporate Solicitor with at least 3 to 10 years of PQE with a broad range of corporate transactional and general company law experience.
This is a fast-moving environment, working on a variety of complex legal matters. You will be working in a a small dynamic team of qualified Lawyers in one of the customers many offices, can be remote, but ideally based in London (Hybrid).
This could be a fantastic opportunity for you, if you have:
- At least 3 to 10 years post qualification experience in corporate transactional and general company law.
- Solid M&A experience
- Experience of company restructurings, working with start-ups, and private equity and capital markets would be advantageous
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills commensurate with the above
- Problem solver who offers sound, workable corporate solutions
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and who can give clear and precise advice without “legal jargon”
- A good open and collaborative personality with a “can-do” attitude
- Must be able to build excellent working relationships with internal clients and colleagues, promoting a creative and collegiate atmosphere.
Professional Qualifications:
- At least 3 to 10 years post qualification experience in corporate transactional and general company law
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. (Desirable)
- Licensed Member of a bar of at least one state or UK / Common Law qualified or Equivalent
