Job Description
British Triathlon is the National Governing Body for Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquathlon in Great Britain, responsible for raising the profile of the sport and delivering world-class success to inspire participation.
The three Home Nation Associations England, Scotland and Wales are responsible for all aspects of triathlon in their respective countries, and contribute to the work of British Triathlon.
England Netball is the National Governing Body for Netball within England entrusted with protecting the integrity of the sport of Netball. England Netball aims to ensure that anyone at any level can enjoy this brilliant game and depends on everyone involved in the netball community to ensure that everyone has a great time.
British Triathlon and England Netball are committed to the establishment of safe, fair and inclusive sporting environment. We are looking to recruit a Compliance Manager to lead on the development, implementation, monitoring and review of the following policies and procedures:
Complaints and Disciplinary
Safeguarding
Equality & Diversity
Clean Sport
Betting and Gaming
In addition, this role will take an active lead in making our sports as inclusive as possible working towards equal access for all with a focus on those with a disability.
This position will be based at British Triathlon’s headquarters located at Loughborough University and work across the organisations, liaising with appropriate members, departments and key staff to offer support and guidance to develop a safe, fair and inclusive sporting environment. The nature of the role will require occasional evening and weekend working and occasional travel.
