Duties and Responsibilities
The individual filling this position is expected to play a positive role in helping the College change as necessary to effectively carry out its mission. The Communications Project Manager position is directly accountable to the Chief Communications Officer for the following duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of all vendor accounts and partnerships associated with the Office of Strategic Communications at NWFSC.
- Monitor and analyze marketing data, including projects, strategies, vendor relationships, costs, and results.
- Play a key role by assisting in the management of NWFSC’s data-driven cross-media marketing impact analysis to help address marketing challenges and improve effectiveness.
- Support the strategic planning process by providing cost forecasts, cost/ROI analysis, and direction on marketing investment and messaging strategies.
- Maintain healthy, positive relationships with all vendors and partners of NWFSC.
- Arrange and monitor the marketing activities and campaigns of NWFSC.
- Develop and foster innovative concepts and ideas that bring market awareness to the NWFSC brand.
- Work with the offices of enrollment and institutional research in analyzing data and trends to figure out the best way possible to promote the NWFSC brand within an established budget.
- Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing, or a related field required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Four (4) to six (6) years of relevant experience in marketing, data management, or analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required.
- Demonstrated experience and mastery of Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating reports and spreadsheets.
- Foundational understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat) preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle several projects concurrently and work closely with college administrative and academic personnel.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
