Full-Time CDL Driver / Facilities Maintenance – 210000NY
Job Description
We are looking for a talented CDL Driver / Facilities Maintenance to join our sales and service location in Sumner, WA.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Performs routine building maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures
* Assists in a wide variety of maintenance activities; addresses immediate operational and/or safety concerns; and ensures that tools, materials and vehicles are maintained in good working order
* Utilizes basic Microsoft office products to track, assign, and prioritize reactive, planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance work on fleet vehicles
* Test drive, pick up and deliver customer vehicles
* Maintains safe work habits and actions in all aspects of the daily task; evaluates reactive work for safety issues, plans projects so that safety is key, and reviews preventative work for any unforeseen items that may present safety hurdles
* Conducts minor repairs including plumbing in restrooms along with dock drain; floor repair & spill pickup, including carpet and floor tile; Ceiling and light fixture installation; Wall repair including drywall installation, patching, wall hanging and painting; upkeep on exterior yard, including pit and sump clean/repair
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Class A CDL required with 1 to 2 years’ driving experience.preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in facility maintenance preferred
* Must meet all requirements to drive a Company vehicle including a valid driver’s license and insurance
* Must be able to physically lift 50 pounds occasionally, wear required personal protective equipment as required
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
