Cannabis/Cash Transport Agent

Role Summary – The Cannabis/Cash Couriers are responsible for the hands-on loading, unloading, and transporting of cannabis and cash safely from pickup to drop-off, while maintaining the highest standard of customer service. Couriers must follow all Massachusetts driving laws and all compliances set forth by the Cannabis Control Commission of Massachusetts. Couriers report directly to the Director of Business Operations and work directly with other courier team members and relevant outside vendors

Skills and Qualifications:

-Have a valid Massachusetts Driver’s License

• Have a valid Massachusetts Unrestricted License to Carry
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must complete a comprehensive background check

-Exceptional organizational skills

• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work comfortably and respectfully with fellow employees and supervisors

-Ability to drive long distances

-Strong customer service skills

-Background in security/law enforcement

-Ability to operate smartphone and tablet applications

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical aid.
• Must be able to work seated for extended periods and maintain body equilibrium while climbing stairs, walking, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
• Must have visual acuity with or without aid to perform activities such as reading, viewing a computer terminal, viewing a small handheld computer monitor, and visual inspection involving small parts/details
• Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, (Moderate noise)

-Must be able to load and unload packages that are a minimum of 50 lbs. on and off company vehicles.
