Full-Time Campaign Marketing Manager

Job Description

MarshBerry is currently seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager for our Beachwood, OH office or other MarshBerry office location in the US.  Our company and our team are growing, and we need smart, energetic go-getters to join us!  As a key member of the Experience and Engagement team you will manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support various business units. Your tenacity and creativity will be applied in the development and delivery of targeted lead generation and retention initiatives primarily through email, social and digital formats.  You will partner with colleagues to orchestrate client and prospect event communications and offer ideas on customizing programs based on themes and segmentation.  Your understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems with help shape and influence the sequencing and cadence of the sales/marketing process.

Position Overview:

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to generate leads, acquire new clients, support virtual and in-person events, and build relationships for long-term retention.
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within the marketing campaign and ensure it is accurate and error-free.
  • Build and produce emails, newsletters, and digital components using templates, tools and marketing automation systems.
  • Manage the overall campaign calendar, execution and development of the campaign plan, end-to-end delivery of campaigns, measurement and analytics to ensure we are achieving anticipated results.

Qualifications we are Seeking:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, digital marketing or related fields
  • 3+ years of related job experience
  • Essential to the role is experience of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot (or a similar marketing automation tools) with data segmentation, measurement and optimization experience, building campaigns in the tool through to delivery
  • Excellent written and communication skills are vital as you will frequently have to write copy for marketing promotions.
  • Excellent project management skills; confident managing upwards and coordinating teams with a good understanding of project management tools and concepts
  • Strong understanding of the marketing campaign process and best practices
  • Be critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running simultaneously
