Full-Time Behavioral Health and Care Coordination Manager
Job Description
The CSU Health Network is recruiting for a Behavioral Health and Care Coordination Manager.
The Behavioral Health Care and Coordination (BHCC) Manager reports directly to the Director of Medical Clinical Services. The BHCC Manager supervises the Care Coordinator positions providing behavioral health and care coordination services. The position participates in the visioning, development, and implementation of collaborative care models across the CSU Health Network. This position collaborates with the Medical Directors and the CSU Health Network providers/clinicians and other staff to oversee the provision of high-quality, safe, evidence-based, and efficient healthcare to CSU students. The position collaborates with others within the CSU Health Network to ensure that students will receive optimal care using concepts of universal design to ensure access to services for students with marginalized identities.
