As the Association Member Experience Director, you will provide leadership to identify, prioritize and implement strategies and activities designed to meet operational goals and objectives. Serves to enhance the YMCA’s priorities of Experience, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Impact Growth.
Demonstrates focus on experience efforts including acquisition, retention, comprehensive experience and process improvement to impact overall membership metrics.
Provides leadership and support to our community center membership leaders, direct oversight of centralized engagement center team and member experience processes and systems, and uphold our One Y approach throughout all strategy and work.
Are you a good fit?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in communication, business, marketing, human services, or social services, OR equivalent experience in a related field.
- You have six or more years of experience in sales, marketing, customer relations, or related field, preferably in a YMCA or other nonprofit agency.
- You have demonstrated ability and fluency in supervision, process and data development and improvement, development and monitoring of budgets, marketing, and public relations, and communication.
- YMCA Team Leader or Multi-team/Branch Leader certification preferred.
- Current CPR for the Professional, AED, First Aid, and Oxygen certifications, or the ability to obtain within 60 days.
- Able and willing to complete Child Abuse Prevention training and other online or in-person training as required.
Starting Wage: Up to $94,600 per year, DOE
Hours: Full Time – Exempt
