About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator – Customer Success to join our Services team. This role is ideal for someone with around 3+ years’ experience in project coordination, service delivery, or customer success within a technology environment.

You’ll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to coordinate project delivery, support customer adoption, and help ensure customers achieve successful business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Support project risk tracking and issue resolution.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with customer onboarding and adoption of Ciena solutions.
• Monitor customer feedback and help improve the customer experience.
• Support continuous process improvements across the Services team.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to deliver successful outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in project coordination, customer success, service delivery, or project management within the technology industry.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering great customer experiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience in telecommunications or networking.
• Exposure to customer success or managed services.
• Experience supporting customers across multiple countries.
• Familiarity with data-driven customer engagement or adoption practices.
