Everland exists to support communities in their efforts to protect their forests and wildlife and improve their livelihoods, resulting in climate change mitigation and biodiversity conservation benefiting everyone. We do this by helping communities in the developing world monetize their forest and biodiversity assets by marketing Verified Emissions Reductions (VERs) from the world’s most impactful REDD+ projects. Purpose Of Role:

At Everland we are looking for a collaborative and results-oriented Associate, Client Care to join our rapidly growing international team.  The individual will be a part of the Business Development team that focuses on selling the credits from the REDD+ projects we exclusively represent. The Business Development team has a long track record of successfully helping project developers to achieve their conservation goals while supporting corporates with their sustainability programs.


The Associate, Client Care will be the owner of our Client Care Programme that will support Everland’s success in serving the clients who bring financing to forest communities working on the frontlines to prevent deforestation.  The position is remote, and the individual will report to and work closely with the Senior Vice President, Business Development, Europe.



  • Systemizing and coordinating client on-boarding and subsequent marketing, communications and impact reporting services we provide to Everland’s clients;
  • Assist in assessing Everland’s current offering and then streamline the workflow to improve efficiency;
  • Support in designing, in collaboration with others, Everland’s full programme which will include new client on-boarding, marketing collateral, impact report distribution, events and press;
  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities within the programme and tailor it to the needs of Everland’s clients;
  • Provide training to the team and new joiners to ensure processes are followed and all customers receive a consistent service;
  • Work cross functionally on a regular basis with our dedicated Marketing, Communications and Impacts teams; and
  • Other duties as assigned.


What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelors degree preferred in a related field;
  • 3 years of experience in related field;
  • Knowledge of corporate sustainability and the carbon market;
  • Experience in overseeing the roll-out of operational improvements;
  • Experience with CRM and online marketing systems (i.e. Salesforce, ConstantContact);
  • In a customer facing role such as Sales, Marketing, Hospitality;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with demonstrated experience and working knowledge of PowerPoint;
  • Strong desire to be part of the solution to tackling climate change and climate justice;
  • Team player that is self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented, and strong attention to detail;
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a time sensitive manner; and
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with diverse internal and external individuals.
