Assistant Lecturer/Assistant Teaching Professor of Marketing

Ball State University

 

The Department of Marketing has a contract faculty position available January 2022. Teaching responsibilities will include a mix of undergraduate Marketing and Professional Selling courses as needed. Normal teaching load is twelve semester hours with opportunity to participate in our executive education program.

Minimum Qualifications: MBA or Master’s degree in a marketing-related field from an AACSB-accredited institution by date of appointment. Minimum of five years of mid- or upper-level professional experience in an area relevant to teaching responsibility.

Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

 

Preferred Qualifications: Completed Doctorate or ABD in Marketing or other Marketing-related field from an AACSB accredited college or university, teaching experience in digital marketing/social media, promotion, or other Marketing-related area at the university level as well as experience with new technology, online instruction and record/interest in scholarly research.
