We have several positions available across the UK. You’ll have the opportunity to work across business units and network with senior leaders spanning the Civica Group.

Our four-year apprenticeship programme will educate you to degree level and our Civica Academy, Group PMO, and Leaders across the business will provide you with all of the tools you need to succeed. This will include having a dedicated mentor to support you every step of the way.

We are looking for people who are customer focussed, great at communicating, innovative and highly organised, so whether you’re an early career starter or experienced professional looking for a career change and an opportunity to gain a degree in Project Management, we’re keen to hear from you.

 

Principal responsibilities and tasks

We will support you to become a great Project Manager and you will learn how to…

  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
  • Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
