AI Training: PRP Expert Writer (AI Community) Remote

About the Role:

At TELUS Digital, we are looking for PRP Writer Analysts to join our elite AI training community. “PRP” stands for Programmatic Reasoning, and in this role, you act as the “Logical Architect” for AI. You won’t just be writing simple text; you will be teaching Large Language Models (LLMs) how to solve complex problems using step-by-step logic and clean code. Your work ensures that the next generation of AI is smart, secure, and capable of advanced reasoning.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Chain-of-Thought (CoT) Writing: Create detailed, step-by-step logical explanations (rationales) that teach the AI how to arrive at the correct answer for complex prompts.

Logical Auditing: Review AI-generated reasoning and code to identify “logic gaps,” hallucinations, or errors in judgment.

Instruction Tuning: Draft and refine complex challenges in programming languages (like Python or JavaScript) to improve the model’s technical intelligence.

Code Quality Control: Evaluate AI-generated scripts for security vulnerabilities and adherence to professional standards like PEP 8.

Constraint Following: Ensure the AI follows multi-dimensional rubrics, maintaining a consistent persona and tone while staying helpful and honest.

Qualification path

Mandatory Qualifications:

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Python (specifically for AI/ML workflows) or Full-Stack JavaScript.

Native Language: Native-level proficiency in your primary language is mandatory to assist with localized technical documentation and prompt engineering.

English Proficiency: Minimum B1 (Intermediate) English to follow technical guidelines and collaborate with global leads.

Analytical Mindset: An exceptional ability to spot small logical fallacies and a passion for clean, efficient code

Assessment:

In order to be hired into our community, you’ll go through a subject-specific qualification exam that will determine your suitability for the position and complete ID verification.

Payment:

Currently, pay rates for experts range from $20 – $50 USD per hour
